Algemene voorwaarden / Terms & Conditions
1. Definities
1.1 Taxi Amsterdam & Airport: de taxionderneming die de vervoersdiensten aanbiedt.
1.2 Klant: iedere natuurlijke persoon of rechtspersoon die een rit boekt of gebruikmaakt van de diensten van Taxi Amsterdam & Airport.
1.3 Vervoer: het personenvervoer per auto dat door Taxi Amsterdam & Airport wordt uitgevoerd.
1.4 Overeenkomst: de afspraak tussen de Klant en Taxi Amsterdam & Airport over het uitvoeren van een rit.
2. Toepasselijkheid
2.1 Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle aanbiedingen, ritten en overige diensten van Taxi Amsterdam & Airport.
2.2 Afwijkingen van deze voorwaarden zijn alleen geldig als deze schriftelijk of per e-mail door Taxi Amsterdam & Airport zijn bevestigd.
3. Reservering en totstandkoming van de overeenkomst
3.1 Een rit kan worden geboekt via telefoon, WhatsApp of (indien beschikbaar) via het online formulier op de website.
3.2 De overeenkomst komt tot stand zodra Taxi Amsterdam & Airport de rit mondeling, per WhatsApp of schriftelijk heeft bevestigd.
3.3 De Klant is verantwoordelijk voor het doorgeven van juiste en volledige gegevens (opstapadres, datum, tijd, aantal personen, bagage, vluchtnummer, etc.).
4. Tarieven en betaling
4.1 Tarieven kunnen vooraf worden afgesproken (vaste prijs) of op basis van de verstreken tijd/afstand, volgens de geldende taxitarieven.
4.2 Alle prijzen zijn in euro en inclusief btw, tenzij uitdrukkelijk anders vermeld.
4.3 Betaling geschiedt contant, per pin of met een geaccepteerde kaart, direct na afloop van de rit, tenzij anders is overeengekomen.
4.4 Taxi Amsterdam & Airport mag een aanbetaling vragen bij lange ritten of luchthavenritten.
5. Wachttijd, vertraging en no-show
5.1 De chauffeur streeft ernaar om op de afgesproken tijd aanwezig te zijn. Eventuele aankomsttijden zijn echter indicatief.
5.2 De Klant is verplicht op het afgesproken tijdstip klaar te staan op het opgegeven adres.
5.3 Bij een no-show (de Klant verschijnt niet binnen 15 minuten na het afgesproken tijdstip zonder bericht) mag Taxi Amsterdam & Airport de volledige ritprijs of een minimale vergoeding in rekening brengen.
5.4 Voor extra wachttijd kan een aanvullend tarief per minuut worden berekend.
6. Annulering
6.1 Annulering dient zo snel mogelijk te worden doorgegeven via telefoon of WhatsApp.
6.2 Bij annulering korter dan [bijv. 2 uur] voor aanvang van de rit kan Taxi Amsterdam & Airport een (gedeeltelijke) vergoeding in rekening brengen, met name bij lange afstandsritten of luchthaventransfers.
7. Bagage en bijzondere goederen
7.1 De Klant is verantwoordelijk voor het correct in- en uitladen van eigen bagage, tenzij de chauffeur hulp aanbiedt.
7.2 Taxi Amsterdam & Airport is niet aansprakelijk voor verlies of beschadiging van bagage of waardevolle spullen die de Klant in het voertuig achterlaat, tenzij er sprake is van opzet of grove nalatigheid.
7.3 Huisdieren worden alleen vervoerd na voorafgaande toestemming en moeten veilig en volgens de wet worden vervoerd.
8. Gedrag van de klant
8.1 De Klant dient zich in het voertuig netjes en overeenkomstig de aanwijzingen van de chauffeur te gedragen.
8.2 Het is niet toegestaan in het voertuig te roken, alcohol of drugs te gebruiken of de auto te vervuilen.
8.3 Taxi Amsterdam & Airport mag de rit weigeren of beëindigen indien de Klant hinderlijk of agressief gedrag vertoont. Eventuele kosten blijven dan voor rekening van de Klant.
9. Aansprakelijkheid
9.1 Taxi Amsterdam & Airport voert de ritten uit met de grootst mogelijke zorg.
9.2 Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan is de aansprakelijkheid van Taxi Amsterdam & Airport beperkt tot het bedrag dat in het betreffende geval door de wettelijke verplichte verzekering of (indien aanwezig) de aanvullende aansprakelijkheidsverzekering wordt uitgekeerd.
9.3 Taxi Amsterdam & Airport is niet aansprakelijk voor vertragingen door files, weersomstandigheden, wegwerkzaamheden of andere omstandigheden buiten haar macht.
10. Overmacht
10.1 In geval van overmacht (waaronder onder meer ernstige verkeersstoringen, extreem weer, storingen aan het voertuig, ziekte van de chauffeur of overheidsmaatregelen) mag Taxi Amsterdam & Airport de rit annuleren of verplaatsen zonder schadeplichtig te zijn.
10.2 In dat geval wordt, indien van toepassing, reeds vooruitbetaald geld voor niet-uitgevoerde ritten terugbetaald.
11. Klachten
11.1 Klachten over de rit of dienstverlening moeten zo snel mogelijk, bij voorkeur binnen 7 dagen na de rit, worden gemeld via WhatsApp of e-mail.
11.2 Taxi Amsterdam & Airport zal de klacht in behandeling nemen en binnen een redelijke termijn reageren.
12. Privacy
12.1 Persoonsgegevens worden uitsluitend gebruikt voor het uitvoeren van ritten, administratie en (indien van toepassing) het voldoen aan wettelijke verplichtingen.
12.2 Meer informatie over de verwerking van persoonsgegevens kan worden opgevraagd via het e-mailadres van Taxi Amsterdam & Airport.
13. Toepasselijk recht en bevoegde rechter
13.1 Op deze algemene voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing.
13.2 Geschillen die niet in onderling overleg kunnen worden opgelost, worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland.

1. Definitions
1.1 Taxi Amsterdam & Airport: the taxi company providing the transport services.
1.2 Customer: any natural person or legal entity who books a trip or uses the services of Taxi Amsterdam & Airport.
1.3 Transport: the passenger transport by car carried out by Taxi Amsterdam & Airport.
1.4 Agreement: the arrangement between the Customer and Taxi Amsterdam & Airport regarding the performance of a trip.
2. Scope
2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, trips and other services provided by Taxi Amsterdam & Airport.
2.2 Deviations from these terms are only valid if confirmed in writing or by e‑mail by Taxi Amsterdam & Airport.
3. Booking and conclusion of the agreement
3.1 A trip can be booked by phone, via WhatsApp or (if available) through the online form on the website.
3.2 The agreement is concluded as soon as Taxi Amsterdam & Airport has confirmed the trip verbally, via WhatsApp or in writing.
3.3 The Customer is responsible for providing correct and complete details (pickup address, date, time, number of passengers, luggage, flight number, etc.).
4. Fares and payment
4.1 Fares may be agreed in advance (fixed price) or based on time/distance in accordance with the applicable taxi rates.
4.2 All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.3 Payment is due in cash, by debit card or by an accepted credit card immediately after completion of the trip, unless agreed otherwise.
4.4 Taxi Amsterdam & Airport may request a deposit for long-distance trips or airport transfers.
5. Waiting time, delay and no-show
5.1 The driver aims to arrive at the agreed time; any arrival times are indicative only.
5.2 The Customer must be ready at the agreed time at the specified address.
5.3 In case of a no-show (the Customer does not appear within 15 minutes after the agreed time without notice), Taxi Amsterdam & Airport may charge the full fare or a minimum fee.
5.4 Additional waiting time may be charged at an extra rate per minute.
6. Cancellation
6.1 Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp.
6.2 For cancellations made less than [e.g. 2 hours] before the start of the trip, Taxi Amsterdam & Airport may charge a (partial) fee, especially for long-distance trips or airport transfers.
7. Luggage and special items
7.1 The Customer is responsible for correctly loading and unloading their own luggage, unless the driver offers assistance.
7.2 Taxi Amsterdam & Airport is not liable for loss of or damage to luggage or valuables left in the vehicle by the Customer, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
7.3 Pets are only transported with prior permission and must be transported safely and in accordance with applicable laws.
8. Customer behaviour
8.1 The Customer must behave properly in the vehicle and follow the instructions of the driver.
8.2 Smoking, using alcohol or drugs, or causing pollution in the vehicle is not allowed.
8.3 Taxi Amsterdam & Airport may refuse or terminate the trip if the Customer behaves in a disruptive or aggressive manner. Any costs will remain at the Customer’s expense.
9. Liability
9.1 Taxi Amsterdam & Airport performs trips with the greatest possible care.
9.2 To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Taxi Amsterdam & Airport is limited to the amount paid out in the relevant case by the mandatory insurance or (where applicable) the additional liability insurance.
9.3 Taxi Amsterdam & Airport is not liable for delays caused by traffic jams, weather conditions, road works or other circumstances beyond its control.
10. Force majeure
10.1 In the event of force majeure (including, but not limited to, serious traffic disruptions, extreme weather, vehicle breakdown, illness of the driver or government measures), Taxi Amsterdam & Airport may cancel or reschedule the trip without being liable for damages.
10.2 In such cases, any prepaid amounts for trips not carried out will be refunded where applicable.
11. Complaints
11.1 Complaints about the trip or the service must be reported as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days after the trip, via WhatsApp or e‑mail.
11.2 Taxi Amsterdam & Airport will handle the complaint and respond within a reasonable period.
12. Privacy
12.1 Personal data is used solely for carrying out trips, administration purposes and (where applicable) compliance with legal obligations.

13. Applicable law and competent court
13.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
13.2 Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
